5 - We agree to take payment from you by credit card or PayPal. In consideration of this you agree not to cancel credit card payments made by you. Cancellation of credit card orders following a purchase on your behalf may result in both civil and criminal proceedings against you.
6 - When buying goods and services on the Internet you are entering into a binding contract. The law that applies to this contract is UK law.
7 - If you experience any technical errors in submitting your order please notify our technical support office by email, quoting your reference number. You should send your email to info@film-trader.com
Distance Selling Regulations and Cancellation
As our service is one that is to be provided within a period of less than 21 working days your right to a 'cooling-off' period under the Distance Selling Regulations does not apply. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of and you must send an email straight away to info@film-trader.com, quoting your reference number. Emails sent to other email addresses are not likely to be seen in time.
Refunds Policy
Refunds can only be applied to cancelation requests submitted within 24 hours of payment.
